Ekobot’s CEO resigns as Chief Executive Officer and Departs from Position in the Autumn 2023

Erik Jonuks has today informed the board of directors that he is resigning from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Ekobot AB (publ).

Erik Jonuks is leaving Ekobot as a result of being offered and accepting a new position as CEO in another company. In accordance with an agreement with the board, this means that Erik Jonuks will have a notice period of six months and will continue to serve as CEO during this period. He will remain fully focused on Ekobot's operations, particularly during the upcoming 2023 growing season, which is of significant importance to the company.

The recruitment process for a new CEO will commence immediately, and during the notice period, Erik Jonuks will also assist in the search for a new CEO for Ekobot.

"During his time as CEO of Ekobot, Erik has done an outstanding job, and it is naturally regrettable that he is leaving us. We maintain a strong ongoing relationship, and I am confident that he will continue to contribute to the company during the remaining time. I would also like to congratulate Erik on his new challenges," says Thomas Lindgren, Chairman of Ekobot AB.
